Kelly is an award-winning, powerhouse leader who has been successfully directing companies in the IVF industry and expanding education of the field for several decades.
Prior to Kelly’s CEO role at Genomic Prediction, she served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at CooperSurgical where she created the US Center of Excellence and embryology training program before moving to the role of Vice President of Medical Affairs.
Kelly has served as the Executive Director for several educational conferences specializing in the continuing education of reproductive endocrinologists, IVF nurses, embryologists, andrologists, and administrative staff. She has traveled throughout the world improving laboratory standards and teaching micromanipulation techniques.
Before her work at both Genomic Prediction and Cooper Surgical, Kelly was the Chief Operating Officer at Reprogenetics, Executive Director of Tyho-Galileo Research Laboratories and Althea Science.
Kelly regularly participates with RESOLVE to bring an understanding of infertility, IVF procedures and access to care for patients needing IVF services. She has served on both the ASRM exhibitor committee and the ESHRE genomics working group. She earned her Master's Degree in Biomedical Science at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Although Kelly is decorated with accolades and notoriety she is most defined by her empathetic and down-to-earth nature. Kelly’s commitment to this work is personal as her son was a result of fertility treatments.
Kelly resides in the quaint town of Tewksbury, NJ along with her partner Mike. Together, they share a lively home with their three children, Jackson, Claire, and Daniel and their two dogs, Bama and Gypsy.
Nathan R. Treff is Co-founder, Chief Scientific Officer, and Clinical Lab Director of Genomic Prediction. His career has been devoted to developing innovative and effective methods of reproductive genetic testing for IVF patients. He completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in embryonic stem cells and the Serono Research Institute in reproductive biology. He is an Associate Professor at Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he teaches reproductive genetics. Nathan is the recipient of 8 ASRM Prize Paper Awards, the ASRM New Investigator Award, and the Bonei Olam Scientific Achievement Award. He has published over 120 peer-reviewed papers in reproductive genetics. He served as a Member of the ASRM Research Committee, a Senior Associate Editor of JARG, and an Editor of Fertility and Sterility and is currently Associate Editor of Fertility and Sterility Science. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Washington State University and an HCLD in Molecular Diagnostics from the American Board of Bioanalysis.
Jia is Chief Technological Officer, a seasoned domain expert and leader in the genomics space. Jia holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and has 13 years of experience in next-generation sequencing with 20+ papers published in high-impact journals. Because of her unique industry experience, she harbored cross-domain knowledge from project management, software development, bioinformatics to cancer genomics, and personalized medicine. Before joining Genomic Prediction, she led a cross-functional development team in IBM Watson Health for clinical variant interpretation and played a pivotal role in strategic roadmap planning and client support.
Leslie Duffy has assisted Dr. Nathan Robert Treff for over a decade. She is focused on providing a positive customer service experience, service continuity, and service availability for patients and clinicians. In addition, Leslie supports the clinical laboratory and human resources.
